BIG BEN CLOCK TOWER




it is one of the world famous places and tourist attraction. It is located at north end of the Westminster, Landon England. The big ben clock was completed on 10th April 1857. it is alsosymbol of the city London.  big ben is the largest four- sided bell  in the world. during second world war , the tower was attacked several times by Germans and failed. the the tower survived the damage .  The clock tower was designed by Augustus pugin.  the 158-years-old big ben clock was suspended four years for maintenance. from 2021 Londoners will be able to hear the sound of the tower again. the money spent on the maintenance work problem is said to be around 35 billion dollars.

        The biggest bell is fondly called " BIG BEN" its name is clock tower it was renamed "ELIZABETH TOWER" in 2012, following the 60 anniversaries of queen Elizabeth's accession.
